• Ulverston is 15 minutes away by car. Barrow-in-Furness is 20 minutes away by car and can be reached by train from Kirkby-in-Furness station.
• Sunset Cottage is within a Tesco home delivery area. There is a corner shop and Post Office at the bottom of the hill.
• Two/three main bedrooms on second floor which is accessible by wide staircase with a banister on one side. There is a one bathroom with a large bath and separate walk in shower. There is one step into the shower and a small step into the bathroom.

Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

• There is a private parking space approximately 10 yards from the front door. The parking space can take up to 3 cars. The surface of the parking space is gravel and the road from the parking space to the front door is tarmac and uphill.

Main Entrance & Reception

• The main entrance leads into the kitchen which has the original flagged floor which is uneven. There is an additional entrance at the rear of the property which is accessed over a gravel driveway, then through the garden gate and down two steps onto the patio.

Laundry

• There is an integrated washer/dryer in the kitchen. There is a washing line available for hanging in the garden. The washing basket, airer, iron and ironing board are stored in the cellar. There are 3 steps down into the cellar.

Bedrooms

• The bedrooms are on the top floor which is accessible by wide stairs with a banister to one side up to a large landing.

Bathroom, Shower-room & WC [Ensuite or Shared]

• The bathroom is a large room with a large bath and separate walk in shower. There is one step up into the shower.

Self-Catering Kitchen

• Entrance door leads into the kitchen which has the original flagged floor which is uneven. Mixer tap over sink. Sink and work surface at normal height with cupboards below.
• Electric hob and oven and microwave.
• Crockery in eyelevel cupboards, cutlery in drawers, pans in lower cupboards.
• Fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer integrated into kitchen.
• Small step into lounge from kitchen.
• 3 steps down to cellar from kitchen.
